Join the C3 Team | Client Service Coordinator

C3 Financial Partners is seeking an experienced and resourceful client service coordinator to oversee the day-to-day relations with our clients. You will work closely with the lead client service coordinator, senior management, and teams within the organization, as well as insurance companies and clients.  Interested candidates should note this is not a remote position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare/update life insurance summaries and order in-force illustrations for annual review process
  • Prepare analysis of prospects/clients’ life insurance in-force illustrations to review with producer and determine next step
  • Maintain existing client information in database and record current/recurring activities
  • Process and confirm all client request for policy changes
  • Monitor premium/lapse notices and take appropriate action
  • Review annual statements and determine if policy requires pro-active action
  • Maintain scanned record of policy correspondence
  • Monitor term policies eligible for conversion and/or renewal
  • Resolve client questions regarding in-force policies
  • Compose and/or edit correspondence to clients/advisors, as necessary
  • Coordinate death claims with carriers on behalf of beneficiary

Qualifications/Skills

  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, work under tight time constraints, and must be able to prioritize work
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience
  • Experience with life insurance/annuity products preferred
